SENIOR MANAGEMENT RE-ALIGNMENTS

Titan Petrochemicals Group Limited (‘‘Titan’’ or ‘‘Group’’) today announced senior management re-
alignments to evolve into a flatter senior management structure for the Group to take advantage
of growth opportunities, and support its expanding and increasingly diversified operations in the
Asia Pacific region.
Mr. Barry Cheung Chun Yuen has left the post of Chief Executive to head up a major new
initiative for the Group. He will continue to serve the Group as a Board member in the new post
of Deputy Chairman. In this role, Mr. Cheung will support the Group’s strategic planning for new
projects and overall corporate development. Mr. Cheung will also become the Deputy Chairman of
Titan Oil Pte. Ltd., Titan’s majority shareholder.
To strengthen the Group’s operational management, Mr. Tsoi Tin Chun will, in addition to his role
of Chairman of the Board, take up the functions of the Chief Executive. He will be responsible and
assuming full accountability to the Board for all group operations and performance.
Mr. Patrick Wong Siu Hung has taken up the position of President, Corporate Office, to provide
strategic and operational leadership for the Group. In this role, he will, together with the senior
management team, assist Mr. Tsoi in managing the Group’s day-to-day operations.
Patrick Wong has more than 28 years of working experience in banking, finance, commodity
trading and project development. He has held senior management positions at major international
banks including Societe Generale in Singapore and at commodity trading firms such as Louis
Dreyfus and the Kangqi Group of Companies.
Mr. Wong formerly held several key positions in the Group in its formative years and was Chief
Operating Officer of Titan before leaving the Group in December 2005 to become CEO of Louis
Dreyfus China. Mr. Wong does not have any relationship with any other member of the Board.
Leveraging off their strong and complementary industry experience, Mr. Tsoi, Mr. Cheung and Mr.
Wong will work closely to expand Titan’s business platform and further strengthen its position as a
leading integrated oil logistics group.
