RESUMPTION OF TRADING

Reference is made to the announcement in relation to, amongst other things, a discloseable and connected
transaction and resumption of trading (the “Announcement”) published by SCUD Group Limited (the
“Company”) on the website of m..
As stated in the Announcement, the Company had applied for resumption of trading in its shares with
effect from 9:30 a.m. today. In order to allow sufficient time for investors to consider the published
information, trading in the shares of the Company will remain suspended this morning.
Application has been made to the Stock Exchange for resumption of trading of the Company’s shares
with effect from 2:30 p.m. today.
