CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement dated 8 January 2008 (the “Announcement”) made by
Regent Manner International Holdings Limited regarding the change of directors. Unless otherwise
defined herein, capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those
defined in the Announcement.
The Directors noted that there were typographical errors in the Announcement. In particular, it was
erroneously stated that “Mr. Kwok accomplished a master degree in Philosophy and a bachelor
degree in Social Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong”. The Directors wish to
clarify that Mr. Kwok holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of London and is a
fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of
Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. The Directors would
like to apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused by such inadvertent typographical
errors.

As the date of this announcement, the executive Directors of the Company are Mr. Wu Kai-Hsiung,
Mr. Chen Lung-Hsun, Patrick, Ms. Tseng Yu-Ling and Ms. Han Min, the non-executive Director of
the Company is Mr. Wu Kai-Yun, and the independent non-executive Directors of the Company are
Mr. Kwok Kwan-Hung, Mr. Wang Mie-Nan and Ms. Lin Yen-Yu.
The Directors jointly and severally accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the information
