RBI HOLDINGS - Suspension of Trading

At the request of RBI Holdings Limited, trading in its shares has been
suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today (2/5/2007) pending the release
of an announcement relating to a potential acquisition of a controlling
stake by an independent third party from the controlling sharsholder.
