UNUSUAL TRADING VOLUME AND PRICE MOVEMENT

This statement is made at the request of
The Company has noted today's increase in the price and trading volume of the
shares of the Company and wishes to state that it is not aware of any reasons for
such increase.
The Company also confirms that there are no negotiations or agreements relating to
intended acquisitions or realizations which are discloseable under rule 13.23 of the
Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange (the "Listing
Rules"), neither is the Board aware of any matter discloseable under the general
obligation imposed by rule 13.09 of the Listing Rules, which is or may be of a
price-sensitive nature.

As at the date hereof, the Board comprises seven directors, of which three are executive directors, namely, Mr. Ching-fat
MA (Chairman), Mr. Ching-choi MA (Vice-Chairman) and Mr. Shun-chuen LAM (Chief Executive Officer), one non-
executive director, namely, Mr. Dominic LAI and three independent non-executive directors, namely, Mr. Yau-nam
CHAM, Mr. Ping-wing PAO and Mr. Yat-fai LAM.
