As at 31 December 2007, the unaudited consolidated net assets value per share of the Company was
approximately HK$0.0712.
As at the date of this announcement, the executive directors of the Company are Dr. Wai Chung Fai, Mr.
Chu Wai Lim, Mr. Lau Shun Chi, Benjamin and Ms. Fong Son Wa; the independent non-executive directors
are Ms. Yin Ling, Mr. Shiu Kwok Keung and Mr. Chen Man Lung.
