MONTHLY ANNOUNCEMENT
RELATING TO 5% CONVERTIBLE NOTES DUE 2009

References are made to the Company’s announcement dated 5 September 2007 and
circular dated 24 September 2007. The Board wishes to announce that no conversion of
the Convertible Notes was made by the holders of the Convertible Notes during the
period from 1 January 2008 to 31 January 2008.

References are made to the announcement of ITC Corporation Limited (the “Company”)
dated 5 September 2007 and the circular of the Company dated 24 September 2007.
Unless otherwise specified, terms used in this announcement shall have the same
meanings as defined in the said circular.

The Company made this announcement pursuant to paragraph (a) under the heading
“Dilution Effect on Shareholders” of the said announcement and circular. The Board
wishes to announce that:

(i) no conversion of the Convertible Notes was made by the holders of the
Convertible Notes during the period from 1 January 2008 to 31 January 2008;

(ii) the outstanding principal amount of the Convertible Notes as at 31 January 2008
was HK$200 million;

(iii) the Company has not issued any shares of the Company during the period from 1
January 2008 to 31 January 2008; and

(iv) the total issued share capital of the Company as at 1 January 2008 and 31 January
2008 was HK$265,871,814.90 divided into 2,658,718,149 shares of HK$0.10
each.
