Final Dividend Announcement

Hang Seng Investment Management Limited, the Manager of Hang Seng
FTSE/Xinhua China 25 Index Exchanged Traded Fund is pleased to announce that an
final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2007 of HKD0.43 per Unit will be
distributed to Unitholders in accordance with the number of Units held by them on the
Register of Unitholders of the Fund on 20 December 2007 (Thursday) (the Record
Date).

The Ex. Dividend Date shall be 19 December 2007 (Wednesday) and the final
dividend shall be payable on 2 January 2008 (Wednesday).
