INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2007
CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS

On 18 September 2007, the board of directors (the “Board”) of EPI (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”)
announces that an interim dividend of HK$0.25 cents per share for the six months ended 30 June 2007 to
shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on Thursday, 18 October
2007.

The Registrar of members will be closed from Monday, 15 October 2007 to Thursday, 18 October 2007,
both days inclusive, during which period no share transfer will be registered. In order to qualify for
the interim dividend declared for the six months ended 30 June 2007, all transfer documents should be
lodged with the Company’s Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Tengis Limited at 26/F., Tesbury Centre,
28 Queen’s Road East, Hong Kong, not later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, 12 October 2007.
