shares has been suspended with effect from 3:01 p.m. today (24 January 2008) pending the
publication of an announcement in relation to a price-sensitive information.

and Mr. Chan Man Ching; the non executive director of the Company is Dr. Arthur Ross Gorrell; and the
independent non-executive directors of the Company are Mr. Lo Chi Kit, Mr. Poon Lai Yin, Michael and Mr.
Tam Hang Chuen.
