ANNOUNCEMENT

This announcement is made at the request of The board (the “Board”) of directors (the “Directors”) of Enviro
Energy International Holdings Limited (the “Company”) has noted the decrease in the
price and increase in trading volume of the shares of the Company today and wishes to
state that save for the announcement dated 28 January 2008 in respect of, inter alia, the
entering into of a co-operative agreement and the potential acquisition and the circular
dated 31 January 2008 in respect of a very substantial acquisition issued by the Company,
the Board is not aware of any reasons for such change.

The Board is not aware of any matter discloseable under the general obligation imposed
by rule 17.10 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Growth Enterprise
Market of the Stock Exchange (the “GEM Listing Rules”), which is or may be of a price-
sensitive nature.

Save as disclosed above, the Board also confirms that there are no negotiations or
agreements relating to intended acquisitions or realisations which are discloseable under
Chapters 19 to 20 of the GEM Listing Rules.
