Change of Hong Kong Share Registrar and Transfer Office

The board of directors (the “Board”) of Eco-Tek Holdings Limited (“the Company”) announces that
with effect from 1 November 2007, the Hong Kong Share Registrar and Transfer Office of the
Company will be changed to:-

Applications for registration of transfer of shares of the Company should thereafter be lodged with
Union Registrars Limited with effect from 1 November 2007. Share certificates uncollected on 31
October 2007 may be collected from the Company’s new Hong Kong Share Registrar as from
1 November 2007.
