BOOK-CLOSE TIME FOR THE
FINAL DIVIDEND FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 OCTOBER 2007

Reference is made to the results announcement of Eco-Tek Holdings Limited dated 23 January 2008,
the Directors recommend the payment of a final dividend of HK$0.50 cents per ordinary share in
respect of the year, to the shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the
Company on 25 February 2008. Shareholders are reminded that in order to qualify for this final
dividend, they must ensure that all transfers accompanied by the relevant share certificates are
lodged with the Company’s branch share registrar and transfer office in Hong Kong, Union
Registrars Limited, at Room 1901-02, Fook Lee Commercial Centre, 33 Lockhart Road, Wanchai,
Hong Kong for registration not later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, 25 February 2008.

As at the date of this announcement, the directors of the Company are as follows:
