CHANGE OF PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS

The board of directors (the “Board”) of Earnest Investments
Holdings Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to announce
that the principal place of business of the Company in Hong
Kong will be changed to Units 801-802, 8/F. Ginza Square,
565-567 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong with effect from
1 September, 2007.

Ping Kuen.
