CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to announcement (the “Announcement”) of Delta Networks, Inc.
(the “Company”) dated 27 October 2007 in relation to its unaudited results for the
nine months ended 30 September 2007.
The Company wishes to clarify the following typographical errors in the
Announcement:
1. The second line at the first paragraph and the second line at the second paragraph
on page 8 — “profit from operations” should read as “net profit”; and
2. The references to “Profit from operations” in the last row of each of the two
tables on page 8 should be revised to “Net profit for the period”.
