Investors should note that the English name of “Bank of China Hong Kong (Holdings)
Limited” referred to on page 1 of the Announcement should be amended to “BOC Hong
Kong (Holdings) Limited”.
Subject to this Amendment Notice, all other information contained in the Announcement
