NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

The board of directors (“Board”) of C Y Foundation Group Limited (“Company”) hereby
announces that a meeting of the Board will be held at 17/F The Silver Base Centre, 200
Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong on 19 December 2007 (Wednesday) at 4:00 pm for
the following purposes:

1. To consider and approve the interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the 6
months ended 30 September 2007 and the announcement of the interim results;

2. To consider and approve the interim report of the Company for the period under review;
and

3. To transact any other business.

Sze Tsai Ping Michael, Dr Chow Steven, and Mr Wang Shan Chuan.
