DATE OF BOARD MEETING

The board of directors (the “Board”) of C C Land Holdings Limited (the “Company”)
announces that a meeting of the Board will be held at 7th Floor, China United Centre, 28
Marble Road, North Point, Hong Kong on Friday, 21 September 2007 at 12:00 noon, at which
the Board will, among other matters, approve the release of the interim results of the
Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30 June 2007 and consider the
declaration of an interim dividend, if any.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises ten directors of which Mr. Cheung

Wai Fai, Ms. Poon Ho Yee Agnes, Mr. Tsang Wai Choi and Mr. Wu Hong Cho are Executive
Directors; and Mr. Lam Kin Fung Jeffrey and Mr. Wong Yat Fai are Independent Non-
executive Directors.
