CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

The board of directors (the “Board”) of B M Intelligence International Limited (the “Company”) refers to
the interim results announcement of the Company dated 10 December 2007 (the “Interim Results
Announcement”) and would like to clarify the following information as contained in the Interim Results
Announcement:

1. the figure of the “Basic earnings per share for profit attributable to equity holders of the Company
during the period” for the three months ended 31 October 2006 under the section of “Unaudited
Condensed Consolidated Income Statement” should be HK 0.04 cents instead of HK 0.17 cents; and

2. the figure of the “Cash and Cash Equivalents at end of the Period” for the six months ended 31
October 2007 under the section of “Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Cash Flow Statement”
should be HK$38,455,000 instead of HK$24,819,000.

Save as disclosed in the above, the Company confirms that all the information and figures as contained in
the Interim Results Announcement are correct in all material aspects. The aforesaid errors were
inadvertently made and the Company failed to detect the same during the process of proof-reading of the
Interim Results Announcement. The Company apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the
aforesaid errors.

Wong Wai Tung, Ms. Yeung Sau Han, Agnes and Ms. Yu Sau Lai; the independent non-executive
directors are Mr. Lui Tin Nang, Mr. Chan Ho Wah, Terence and Mr. Cheung Siu Chung.
