China Water and Drinks Inc., a producer and distributor of bottled water in China announced last Wednesday that it has applied for the listing of its common stock on the American Stock Exchange.The company's common stock will not start trading on the American Stock Exchange until the company has been approved by the American Stock Exchange and satisfied all applicable regulatory requirements and listing standards.

Net margin for the second quarter of 2007 was 31.50%, an increase from 29.97% for the same quarter of 2006. The increase in net margin in the second quarter was mainly due to the decrease in selling, general and administrative expenses during the second quarter of 2007.
Through its production facilities in Guangzhou, Zhangjiang, Fexian, Nanning, Shenyang and Changchun, the Company produces bottled waters and distribute to 11 provinces in China under its own brand "Darcunk". The Company also supplies water to local and international beverage brands including Coca-Cola and Uni-President.
