It seems that the heads of China YouTV Corporation (CYTV) did not waste their days-off and during the weekend they kept on spreading the Stock Spam. Though, we cannot be certainly sure, if the stock spam is originating from this company.
It has been reported by spam watchers that there have been over 3,000 spam campaigns of China YouTV stock promotional messages.

China YouTV’s clone of Youtube is doing poorly lately. Below is an image of a chart from Alexa. Alexa tracks website traffic. We put this here to illustrate the poor performance of this company's website. The traffic the site gets might not be what the heads of this company have been expecting. As you can see from the Alexa's traffic graph (above), the site is losing its place greatly to its direct rival tudou.com.
Trademark Infringement? China is often criticized by the US for loose intellectual property rights enforcement. Although this is not straightforward trademark infringement, take a look at how closely this logo resembles YouTube's. A lawyer might construe this as "Trade Dress" infringement in an attempt to confuse consumers. China already has tens, some say hundreds of Youtube clones, but CnBoo is the only one that has not even bothered to come up with its own logo, as you can see from the two logos reproduced left.
